Entry period & eligibility
Entries are counted for the duration of the current campaign ("Entry Period"). Orders placed outside this window do not qualify, regardless of when they ship.
Open to customers worldwide who are at least 18 years old, subject to local law. Employees of MoeGoods Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible.
How entries are earned
- Entries are calculated on the qualifying subtotal across your orders during the Entry Period — before shipping and tax, and only counting items tagged Prize Draw.
- One entry is earned per $0.00 of qualifying subtotal, with no cap on how many entries you can earn.
- Entries are confirmed once payment is successfully completed. Cancelled, refunded, or charged-back orders forfeit their entries.
How winners are selected
Each spin is resolved instantly using a weighted random draw against the remaining prize stock — there's no waiting for a batch draw at the end of the campaign.
If you win, a shortened version of your name (first name + last initial, e.g. "J*** M.") may appear in the "Live winners" list on this page. We never display your full name, email address, or order details.
Prizes & fulfillment
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
- Physical prizes are added directly to the order that unlocked the winning spin.
- MoeGoods reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed item becomes unavailable.

Do pre-order items count toward my total?
Yes — pre-order and in-stock items are combined the same way. As long as the item is tagged Prize Draw, it counts toward your qualifying subtotal regardless of when it ships.
Do my entries expire?
No — once an order qualifies, its entries are yours for the rest of the Entry Period. Spin whenever you're ready; there's no rush before the campaign closes.
How do I claim a prize if I win?
Nothing to claim — winning prizes are added directly to the order that unlocked the spin and ship together with the rest of that order, at no extra cost. You'll see it reflected in your order update.
