FAQ — Shipping, Pre-Orders & Returns

Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, UnionPay and Bancontact. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
What currency will I be charged in?
Prices are shown in your local currency where supported, and you are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Yes. In-stock orders can be cancelled before dispatch — just email support@moegoods.store as soon as possible. Pre-orders have their own cancellation terms (see the Pre-Orders section).
Can I change or add items to my order?
Contact us at support@moegoods.store as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to amend it.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, to all countries and regions served by our logistics partners. If you are unsure whether we can reach your location, email support@moegoods.store before ordering.
Who are your shipping partners?
Orders to the United States are delivered by USPS. All other countries are served by DHL and FedEx.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items are processed within 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Pre-order items ship once stock arrives from the manufacturer — the estimated window is shown on each product page.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the order weight, and the final fee is shown before you pay. Free-shipping thresholds and promotions, when available, appear on the product page or at checkout.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email support@moegoods.store immediately. We can only update the delivery address before the order has shipped.
I'm buying a fragile item. How will it be packaged?
Fragile collectibles such as figures and acrylic stands are packed with protective materials to keep them safe in transit. We take extra care with breakable items.
What if my package is delayed or stuck in transit?
Please contact us at support@moegoods.store with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Pre-Orders

What does 【Pre-Order】 mean?
Pre-order items are not in stock yet. You pay in full at checkout to reserve your unit, and we ship it as soon as the manufacturer releases the goods. The estimated shipping date is listed on the product page. See our Pre-Order Guide for full details.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, before it ships. Within 24 hours of ordering you receive a full refund. After 24 hours but before shipment, a 10% processing fee applies. Once a pre-order has shipped, change-of-mind cancellation is not available.
What happens if my pre-order is delayed?
If the manufacturer delays the release by up to 60 days, your order stays active and normal cancellation terms apply. If the delay exceeds 60 days beyond the original estimate, you can choose to keep the order or receive a full refund.
Can I order pre-order and in-stock items together?
You can, but an order containing a pre-order item will usually ship once everything is in stock. If you would like your in-stock items sent first, email support@moegoods.store and we will help arrange it.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We pay return shipping for defective, damaged or incorrect items; return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
What items cannot be returned?
Opened blind boxes, shipped pre-order items (except in the case of damage or defect), and items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable.
What if my item arrives damaged or something is missing?
Email support@moegoods.store within the 30-day return window with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Is there a warranty on my purchase?
Products carry any applicable manufacturer warranty. Items that arrive damaged or defective are covered by our return policy.

Refunds

How and when will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method in USD within 7–10 business days after approval.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available for eligible returns and cancellations under our Refund Policy. To start, contact support@moegoods.store with your order number.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For orders shipped to the continental United States, Moegoods covers all duties and taxes — there are no additional charges on delivery. For all other destinations, duties, taxes and import fees are the customer's responsibility and are determined by your local authorities.
What if I refuse or fail to accept the package?
Refused or unclaimed packages may be returned or disposed of by the carrier. Any resulting costs (return shipping, duties) may be deducted from your refund. Please contact us before refusing a delivery.
Can you declare my package as a gift or at a lower value?
We are required to declare accurate order values in line with customs regulations and cannot under-declare shipments or mark them as gifts.

Products

Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every item is officially licensed merchandise imported directly from China, Japan and Korea. We do not sell bootlegs or replicas.
How do blind boxes work?
Blind box designs are random and sealed by the manufacturer, so we cannot pick a specific design for you. For this reason, opened blind boxes cannot be returned; unopened ones follow the normal 30-day return policy.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Many items — especially pre-order and limited IP goods — are produced once and may not be restocked. Check the product page for availability or contact us to ask about a specific item.
Do you have a physical store?
Moegoods is an online store shipping worldwide. Browse and order anytime at moegoods.store.
