Pre-Order Guide: How Pre-Orders Work at Moegoods
A large part of what we carry is available to pre-order. When new merch is announced or released online — often before the pop-up event or official sale has even opened — we start taking pre-orders right away, so we can source it for you at the earliest possible moment. Here's exactly how pre-ordering works.
How pre-orders work
Reserve
Pay in full at checkout. This reserves your unit from the manufacturer's limited production run.
Sourcing & arrival
We source your item — either from the manufacturer or in person at the pop-up event — and bring it to our fulfillment center. The estimated window is on each product page.
Dispatch & delivery
As soon as your item arrives and passes inspection, we ship it with tracking — USPS for the US, DHL/FedEx elsewhere.

A closed pre-order date doesn't mean the item is gone — as long as it isn't sold out or delisted you can still order it, and pre-orders are shipped in the order they were placed. Items marked 【Pre-Order】 in the title are reservation items; everything else ships from stock within 2–3 business days.
Cancellations & changes
Within 24 hours
Cancel for a full refund, no questions asked.
After 24h, before shipment
Cancel with a 10% processing fee (covers non-recoverable payment & allocation costs).
After shipment
Change-of-mind cancellation is not available. Damaged or defective items are covered by our 30-day return policy.
To cancel, email support@moegoods.store from the address on your order.
If the manufacturer delays
Delay up to 60 days
Your order stays active and normal cancellation terms still apply.
Delay over 60 days
We'll contact you to choose between keeping the order or receiving a full refund.
Why pre-order instead of waiting?
- Licensed IP merchandise is usually produced once, in quantities close to the reservation count.
- Popular items from IPs like Chiikawa, Alien Stage or K-pop artist goods routinely sell out at the pre-order stage.
- After release they're rarely available again at retail price — pre-ordering is the only guaranteed way to get them.
