This Shipping Policy explains how Moegoods ships your order, estimated timelines, carrier selection, customs responsibilities, and shipping fees. 1. Shipping Destinations
Moegoods ships worldwide to all countries and regions serviced by our logistics partners. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us at support@moegoods.store before placing your order.
2. Processing Time
Processing time is the period between when you place your order and when it leaves our fulfillment center.
2.1 In-Stock Items
- Standard processing time: 2β3 business days.
- Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods (holiday seasons, new product launches, or limited pop-up releases). Any extended processing window will be stated on the product page or communicated by email.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays observed at our fulfillment location.
2.2 Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items ship when stock arrives at our fulfillment center from the manufacturer, typically 1 to 3 months from the order date. The estimated shipping window (ETA) is displayed on each pre-order product page at the time of purchase.
Full details on pre-order handling, including delays and cancellations, are set out in our Return & Refund Policy (Section 7) and our Cancellation Policy (Section 3).
2.3 Mixed Orders
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. To request split shipment, contact support@moegoods.store within 24 hours of placing your order. Additional shipping fees will apply for split shipments.
3. Transit Time and Carriers
Transit time is the period between when your order leaves our fulfillment center and when it is delivered to your address.
3.1 Carriers by Destination

The specific carrier used for your order depends on your destination, order weight, and logistics availability. Your shipping confirmation email will identify the assigned carrier and include tracking information.
3.2 Estimated Transit Time
Estimated transit time for in-stock orders: 7β14 business days from the date of shipment.
Transit times are estimates based on our logistics partners' historical performance and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may be affected by:
- Customs clearance procedures in the destination country
- Local carrier operations at the final delivery stage
- Public holidays, weather events, or force majeure
3.3 If Your Order Is Significantly Delayed
If we are unable to ship your in-stock order within the stated processing time, or if transit time significantly exceeds the 7β14 business day estimate due to factors within our control, we will notify you by email and offer you the option to:
- Continue waiting for the shipment, or
- Cancel the order for a full refund, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
This is in addition to any statutory rights you hold under the consumer laws of your country of residence.
3.4 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Please ensure that your email address is accurate at checkout. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 3 business days of the processing window ending, check your spam folder or contact us.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.
- The final shipping fee is displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
- Moegoods does not charge hidden shipping fees beyond what is shown at checkout.
- Free shipping thresholds and promotional shipping offers, when available, will be displayed on the product page or at checkout.
4.1 Remote Area Surcharges
For certain remote or hard-to-reach areas, carriers may impose additional surcharges. If additional charges are required for your order, our customer service team will contact you by email before shipment with the following options:
- Accept the additional charge and proceed with shipment
- Request an alternative carrier or shipping method, if available
- Cancel the order for a full refund
No additional shipping charges will be applied without your written confirmation.
5. Import Duties and Taxes
5.1 United States (Continental U.S. Only) β Shipped DDP
Orders shipped to the continental United States are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable import duties and taxes are covered by Moegoods and included in the displayed price. You will not be asked to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.
This DDP coverage does not apply to U.S. territories, affiliated islands, or military addresses, including but not limited to:
- Puerto Rico (PR)
- Guam (GU)
- U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)
- American Samoa (AS)
- Northern Mariana Islands (MP)
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
Orders shipped to these locations are subject to the same terms as other international destinations (see Section 5.2).
5.2 All Other Countries and Regions β Shipped DDU
Orders shipped to all other destinations, including the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and all other countries, are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
- Import duties, VAT/GST, and other customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- These fees are collected by the carrier or local customs authority at or before delivery.
- Customs regulations and fee amounts vary by country, and Moegoods has no control over these charges.
- Refused packages due to unpaid customs fees are treated under Section 5.4 of our Return & Refund Policy.
For large-value orders or specific country-related questions, please contact support@moegoods.store before placing your order so we can provide guidance on likely customs costs.
5.3 Customs Delays
International shipments may experience delays during customs clearance. Customs delays are outside our control and are not considered lost shipments. If tracking remains unchanged for more than 14 consecutive days after the package entered customs, please contact us for assistance, as described in Return & Refund Policy Section 5.1.
6. Packaging
We take care in packaging your order to protect its contents during international transit.
- Shipping box / mailer condition: The outer shipping packaging may show cosmetic wear, dents, or minor scuffs on arrival due to handling in international logistics. Cosmetic wear to the outer shipping packaging alone is not eligible for refund or replacement, provided the product inside is undamaged.
- Product packaging (collectible boxes, blind box packaging, manufacturer cartons): Product packaging is considered part of the item's value for collectible merchandise. If the product packaging is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. These cases are handled under Return & Refund Policy Section 4 (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items).
7. Lost Packages and Delivery Issues
All lost package claims and "Delivered but not received" cases are handled under Section 5 of our Return & Refund Policy. In summary:
- Tracking not updated for 7 consecutive days outside of customs, or carrier-confirmed loss: eligible for replacement or refund.
- "Delivered" status but package not received: requires official carrier documentation.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including apartment numbers, postal codes, and any required local address components.
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries, returned packages, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
- Address changes must be requested in writing within 24 hours of placing the order and before shipment. Contact support@moegoods.store with your order number.
- Re-shipment to a corrected address after a failed delivery will require additional shipping fees paid by the customer.
9. Transfer of Responsibility
Once tracking shows "Delivered", responsibility for the package transfers to the customer, subject to the terms of our Return & Refund Policy Section 5.3.
10. Relationship to Other Policies
- Refunds for lost, damaged, or incorrect items β governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
- Return shipping costs β set out in Return & Refund Policy Section 9.
- Cancelling an order before it ships β governed by our Cancellation Policy.
- Statutory consumer rights in specific jurisdictions β set out in Return & Refund Policy Section 12.
In case of any inconsistency between this Shipping Policy and the Return & Refund Policy on matters of refund or consumer rights, the Return & Refund Policy prevails.
