-Clean the neck pillow according to its material—remove the removable cover first and wash it with mild detergent in cold water by hand or machine. For memory foam or latex inner cores, do not soak them in water; simply wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth and avoid using bleach or strong alkaline cleaners.
-After cleaning, air-dry the pillow cover in a well-ventilated, cool place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and hardening of the fabric. For the inner core, place it in a shaded and ventilated area to air-dry naturally; do not expose it to the sun or use a dryer, which will damage the material structure and reduce resilience.
-Avoid placing heavy objects on the neck pillow for a long time to prevent permanent deformation of the inner core. Do not use it in high-temperature environments such as inside a closed car in summer, as high heat will accelerate the aging of the material. Keep it away from sharp objects to prevent the cover from being scratched and the inner core from leaking.
