-Hold the photocard by the edges or corners instead of touching the printed surface directly. Oils and sweat on fingers will corrode the paper and ink over time, leading to discoloration and stains that are hard to remove.
-Store sleeved photocards in a rigid card holder or binder, and keep them away from direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity. UV rays cause ink to fade rapidly, while moisture leads to mold growth and paper warping.
-Use a padded envelope or hard card case when mailing or carrying photocards. Fill the empty space with bubble wrap to prevent bending during transportation; avoid stacking heavy objects on the card container to prevent crushing.
